Recently, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services announced that traditional trick-or-treating should be avoided due to the pandemic. Similarly, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention deemed it a high-risk activity. And while trick-or-treating may be a no-go, it doesn’t mean you have to forget about Halloween festivities altogether.
