These 6 Small Towns In West Virginia Honor Christmas In The Most Magical Way
It’s beginning to look (and feel) a lot like Christmas around West Virginia! The first snow has fallen. Many of us have ventured into closets and attics to pull out stored Christmas decorations, and our windows and yards are looking extra festive. If you love all things Christmas, you might want to visit one (or all!) of these six towns from around the state that celebrate Christmas in an extra magical way.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate
From the little Christmas village that welcomes you into town to the massive historic homes all bedecked with lights, the town of Bramwell is one of West Virginia's most magical Christmas treasures.
The town of Snowshoe does a beautiful job of decorating for Christmas, but they also have some help: Christmas decorations just magically fall from the sky up here!
Last but definitely not least is the magical Christmas town of Harpers Ferry. Beautiful at any time of year, it positively transforms at Christmas!
Have you visited any of these beautiful Christmas towns yet this season? What other West Virginia towns would you add to this list? We know there are too many to count, but we’d love to hear about your favorites!
