Trendy, modern eateries have their time and place, but sometimes nothing tops a hearty meal at a good old-fashioned dive bar. Spokane’s Park Inn is a perfect example, as this hole-in-the-wall has been serving tasty food and cold drinks for decades. And to top it off, for two years in a row, it was awarded the title of serving the best fried chicken in the state.

In 2019 and 2020, MSN named the Park Inn the home of the "best hole-in-the-wall fried chicken in the state of Washington."

Considering Washington is home to some famous chicken spots, like Seattle's Chicken and Spokane's own Chicken N More, not to mention the abundance of Korean chicken joints on the west side, that's quite an honor.
