Recently, Yelp released a list of the top 100 restaurants in America to dine in. Earning a spot on this list is no small order given just how many restaurants the country has, so to see an eatery that started as a food truck in Washington on the list was pretty amazing. That would be Kirkland’s The Box, a place for delicious burgers and surprisingly affordable authentic Hawaiian food.

Llaneza's chicken karaage and pork belly and kalua pork bao tacos earned him quite a following.
Eight years later, the food truck expanded into a small restaurant in Kirkland, The Box and Burgers Eatery.
