If you grew up here in Washington, you’ve probably been to North Bend a few dozen times (or more), if only as a quick pit stop on your way to or from Seattle or the coast. Perhaps you’ve shopped the famous outlet mall or used it as a jumping-off point for an epic hike. But if you haven’t tried the New Mexican cuisine at Rio Bravo, we highly recommend you make another trip to North Bend as soon as possible. This hidden gem deserves the spotlight.
