This Retro Washington Soda Machine Has A Delicious Mystery That’s Baffling Everyone
Washington has all kinds of weird attractions to check out, including this mysterious Coke machine in Seattle. Located in Capitol Hill, the vintage dispenser features six mystery buttons and only requires three quarters for a random can of soda. The bizarre machine’s been dispensing drinks for decades, but nobody seems to know who operates it or what’s going to come out next.

Sitting in front of a locksmith business, this strange soda machine can be found at East John Street & 10th Avenue E. in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. It doesn't seem to ever run out of stock, but the identity of who fills it up, where it first came from, or who collects the money has remained a mystery to everyone for years.

Between its vintage yellow mystery buttons and rusting appearance, this aging landmark looks like it came straight out of the '70s. Unlike most other beverage machines in modern time, this one still only charges 75 cents. Many have tried to figure out who operates it, but even after all this time, nobody has come forward. Perhaps the more important question, though, is what type of drink are you going to get?

From Hawaiian Punch to unique types of Mountain Dew, this fascinating machine has been known to dispense some of the most random beverages. Some visitors have even reported receiving types of drinks that they thought were discontinued years ago, or cans with quarters taped to the bottom for a free pop.

You can even like the retro soda machine on Facebook here. USA Today also produced this video about it last October:
If you search online, there have been stunning photos that have surfaced of unidentified people re-stocking it. But that still doesn't solve the mystery of what comes out...every single time.
