The Reindeer Festival is held every December 1-23, daily from 10:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. (or dusk).

Santa Claus will be available on those dates from 10:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and from 1:30 until 4, and photos with him are available for purchase.
Guests are encouraged to stop by Santa's Post Office, where they can write letters to Santa and put it right in his personal mailbox.

You'll find displays and activities all over the zoo to celebrate the festival, including Grand Traveling Sleigh and places to shop for gifts.

There's even a toy drive, so bring you unwrapped gifts in exchange for one free child's admission.
Admission to the Reindeer Festival is $15.50 for adults and $12.50, although children under 2 are free.
