Part circus, part dinner theater, all adventure-- there's nothing like Seattle's Teatro ZinZanni. Guests are treated to a three hour show and a multi-course meal they'll never forget.
2. Summit House Restaurant, Enumclaw
The Summit House at Crystal Mountain Resort is Washington's highest elevation restaurant, and the adventure is all in the getting there... you can only reach it by gondola.
3. The Cannabis & Wine Dinner, Evergreen Market, Renton
Only in Washington, indeed. Last spring, Renton's Evergreen Market hosted its first annual Cannabis & Wine Dinner, an elevated dining experience full of infused gourmet cuisine and expertly paired wine. It was, as you can imagine, full of lively conversation and smiles. The company looks forward to hosting many more in the future.
4. Farm-to-table dinner at Newaukum Valley Farm, Lewis County
In the summer and fall, Newaukum Valley Farm (located along the Chehalis River) hosts true farm-to-table dinners under the sky with locally grown food. Each course is discussed by the chef, so you know exactly where it came from, and you'll also be treated to a tour of the farm.
5. SkyCity at the Needle, Seattle
Enjoying dinner from the top of the Space Needle with 360 degree views of the city is an adventure indeed. The restaurant at the Space Needle is currently being renovated, but they'll re-open soon, and the space will be better than ever. Rumor has it there will even be a glass floor.
6. Willows Inn on Lummi Island
This dining experience is both a foodie and a traveler's dream. You'll take a scenic ferry from the Bellingham area to the serene Lummi Island, where you'll enjoy a multi course meal that's as local as it gets. The vast majority of the food is grown onsite, and when you're comfortably stuffed, you can even spend the night there.
7. Special dinner at the Seattle Aquarium
