Breakfast Is Always The Most Important Meal Of The Day At Hash In Washington
If there’s one profound lesson we’ve learned from the events of the last year, it is this: having your breakfast cooked by someone else is wildly underrated (there may also have been a few others). If you can’t remember the last time you went out for a big, delicious brunch, you owe it yourself to try the food at Hash. This little breakfast joint in Olympia has a big local following, and for good reason.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate

Both businesses are owned by Dean and Lisa Damitio, who have been in business together for almost a decade.

The concept of a casual gourmet breakfast restaurant was apparently a popular one. Within two weeks of its opening, this place was perpetually packed.

While they're currently offering indoor dining at 25% capacity and have some heated outdoor tables, you're more than welcome to get takeout and enjoy your breakfast in your own space.

The Traditional Benedict is fantastic, and occasionally they'll offer a special version. This is California Benedict, roasted turkey, tomato, and avocado topped with basil hollandaise on a split English muffin.

This is one of the most popular menu options.

Here, your Mojado Burrito comes smothered in jalapeno hollandaise, and it's irresistible.

The secret menu is hidden on the website, and it's worth checking out.

Give this place a try the next time you're in Olympia and see why so many people think this is the best breakfast spot in the South Sound.
