This Harry Potter Themed Escape Room In Washington Is As Amazing As It Sounds

It’s safe to say we’re a little obsessed with all things Harry Potter here in Washington — we even have a dessert shop that serves butterbeer. Recently, a Harry Potter inspired escape room opened on Orcas Island, and more and more Washingtonians are taking the ferry over to check it out. Whether or not you consider yourself a Potterhead, you’ll love this experience.

But once you step inside, you'll feel like you're at Hogwarts.
Elusion was founded by Matthew Laslow, who combined his love of escape rooms and his Harry Potter knowledge to create this experience.

Matthew is 18, and his business partner, Ricky Hughes, is just 14. But don't let their young ages deter you -- these two have designed a fantastic escape room, and they're great at managing the mischief.
The escape room is an innovative, immersive, and exciting experience. During your adventure, you'll have 60 minutes to find clues and solve puzzles in order to uncover the secret of the alchemist stone and escape the room.

Elusion opened last summer, but word is just now really getting out about the place.

More and more people are starting to come from the Seattle area, and they're anticipating a busy 2019.
This wizard-themed adventure costs $28 per person, and the room can hold up to 6 people at a time.

You can book your adventure online. No one under 14 is permitted without a parent or guardian, and the experience is recommended for children 9 and over only.
