But the brand new Enzo’s Bistro & Bar in Issaquah just might top them all.
The eatery opened its doors in early September. And despite not being able to host traditional opening events, they've been doing quite well.
You can feel safe dining indoors here, thanks to the state-of-the-art ultraviolet HVAC system installed to help keep everyone safe.
The patio is set for social distancing in a garden-like setting, with plants and string lights creating a European vibe.
And with Chef Nick Novello and his pasta-making team in the kitchen, you're guaranteed a great meal.
They're simmered in marinara sauce, and they are fantastic.
The beef is dry-aged onsite, the sausage is made in-house, and the rotisserie chicken is out of this world. And if you imbibe, you'll love the impressive wine selection.
