We have 39 counties in Washington, and according to the County Health Rankings, there are fifteen of them that have a population with 17% or more residents who’ve reported heavy drinking in the past month. In case of a tie, we looked to see which areas have more bars per capita, according to FindTheHome.com. Based on this information, here are the top 15 drunkest regions in our state:

Counties that reported 16% include: Thurston, Jefferson, Island, Skagit, Asotin, Mason, Lincoln, and Pierce.
