2. Bluebird Ice Cream (Seattle)
Typically, Bluebird waits until October to release their pumpkin ice cream. But this year, there's been such a demand for it that they'll offer it on the last weekend in September at Seattle area Farmers Markets. After that, it will be available in-store.

3. Ferdinand's Ice Cream Shoppe (Pullman)
The WSU Creamery is where delicious Cougar Gold cheese is made, and the onsite ice cream shop, Ferdinand's, is a must-see. Their seasonal pumpkin flavor is out of this world, and you can even get it in a Grabber (their take on an ice cream sandwich).

4. Bliss Small Batch Creamery (University Place)
This small batch creamery produces a rotating list of delicious flavors, which they sell from a charming little ice cream trailer as well as their scoop shop. Their seasonal pumpkin -- as well as their vegan pumpkin chocolate chip -- are absolutely addictive.

5. Mora Iced Creamery (Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo, Covington, and Kingston)
Starting in October, Mora will be selling their rich, creamy pumpkin pie ice cream at all of their locations. It tastes like a nice, cold slice of pumpkin pie plopped right on the cone.

6. Sweet Peaks (Spokane)
Sweet Peaks got its start in Montana, and we're thrilled that the small chain crossed the border into Washington. Their signature pumpkin spice caramel is back for autumn, and it's just as amazing as ever.

7. Salt & Straw (Seattle)
The Portland-based Salt & Straw Ice Cream opened a Seattle location last year, earning instant popularity with their creative flavors. This one is Pollick Pumpkin, invented by an elementary school student named Gus. The pumpkin is combined with stewed caramel apples and mini marshmallows, and it's wonderful.
