If you’re like me, this is your absolute favorite time of year. I love to watch the leaves change, as if a giant paintbrush is sweeping across our landscape. But what are the absolute BEST places in the country to observe the fall foliage? You’re probably not surprised, but according to Condé Nast Traveler, Washington is one of them.
