Whether or not there’s actually snow on the ground, skating over a frozen surface gives you the feeling that you’re inside your very own winter wonderland. Especially if you head to the Reston Town Center ice skating rink. Tucked away under a canopy of dazzling Christmas lights, this special skating rink is simply magical.

Reston Town Center is a collection of retail stores, office spaces, and restaurants located in northern Virginia. This time of year, though, it's the ice skating rink that draws visitors from near and far.
The open-air pavilion is totally decked out in holiday decorations this time of year. During the day, you'll notice hundreds of feet of garlands as well as the massive tree in the town center.
Don't have ice skates of your own? Not a problem! The pavilion has over 500 skates available for rent ranging in toddler sizes to men's size 13. It's really is the perfect outing for the whole family!
