With abandoned buildings, houses that have stood for centuries, and various other haunted landmarks, there’s a strong chance of a paranormal encounter here in Virginia. Yet nothing quite tops the Renaissance Faire, an abandoned landmark deep in the woods that stands like something from a horror movie. Fortunately, this spot is nearly impossible to visit. Simply learning of its existence might give you a chill.
