The owners will guide you during every step of the way as you create your project. The steps involve selecting colors and the right pieces and then working them on a template of sorts. Once everything is in place, the project will be fired, much like clay, to ensure everything is in place.
Depending on the size of the project you're working on, the firing process can take up to a week. Then, it'll be ready for pick up or can be carefully shipped to you.
