As summer winds down, we find ourselves getting as much fresh air as we can. And what better way to enjoy the great outdoors than to have a delicious meal at a waterfront restaurant in VT? The Marina in Brattleboro is a local favorite and has some of the best scenery around. Let’s take a look at this amazing restaurant that you don’t want to miss!

Welcome to the Marina! Located at 28 Spring Tree Road in Brattleboro.

Located right on the water the Connecticut and West Rivers meet, there's nothing quite like it around.

Lunch and dinner are served daily, along with a popular Sunday Brunch.

You'll love taking in the gorgeous views as you listen to the live Jazz!

The Marina specializes in amazing sunsets...

As well as their homemade desserts.

You never know what you'll see here. Perhaps a glimpse of Champ...

Or perhaps an amphicar! This cool red car can often be spotted on the river just outside The Marina.

But things weren't always easy for this beloved restaurant.

On July 2, 2010 a fire devastatingly destroyed the entire building.

But in true Vermont fashion they overcame adversity and rebuilt. In fact, it became bigger and better than ever!

The new design had improvements, but they kept all the things the regulars loved such as the the deck, the menu, and most importantly, the staff!

That's right, all the favorite dishes remained!

And boy is it good!

The views here are fabulous from almost every seat in the place.
