Stowe Sandwich Co. technically opened in 2016, but at that time it was called The Kitchen and run by the Handwerger family. The name changed a year later and the business was bought by new owners, Don and Rosalind Moffett.
Come in for a midday sandwich. They also have a few tasty beers on tap!

Take for example, the Thanksgiving 365 Sandwich! It's made with turkey, homemade stuffing, mayonnaise and cranberry sauce on a toasted sub roll.
Another popular favorite is the Kimchi Fried Chicken Sandwich! This fried chicken comes with kimchi and wasabi aioli on a ciabatta roll.
If you're not in the mood for a sandwich, warm up with one of their delicious soups or chili that come with sweet cornbread on the side.
