Two years ago, at the age of 21, Erin LaPlante founded the Barton Baking Company, which took shape and had its grand opening in Barton, Vermont, in June of 2018.
Located on Main Street in Barton, this friendly and quaint bakery offers plenty of delightful pastries and baked goods. Cinnamon rolls, pictured here, are a classic and focal point in the bakery, along with fresh baked bread, rolls, and muffins.
There is a small and inviting interior space to mingle and hang out in which is well lit and clean. The bakery has a warm and homey feel to it, making it a great place to frequent often.
Don't just stop by to satisfy your sweet cravings. The bakery makes savory sandwiches on their homemade bread. You'll also find delectable soups on the menu as well.
Stop by and enjoy a delicious scone, muffin, or cinnamon roll at the Barton Baking Company. On occasion, you'll find other special treats, like their VT Maple Raspberry Bread Pudding squares.
