13 Reasons Why Anyone Who Hates Vermont Can Just Shut Up
People from Vermont are very straightforward about how they feel, especially when it comes to out-of-towners trying to change our beautiful state. Nothing is more annoying than listening to people who just moved here list off all the things they think are wrong. Really, if you don’t like it here, you’re free to go because we know that Vermont is a wonderful place. Here are just a few things that are pretty awesome about Vermont, and if you don’t agree, we respectfully ask you to please shut up.

Vermont often ranks at the top of the list when it comes to safety. In many towns it's common for residents to keep their doors unlocked and the car keys on the dashboard.

Vermont was the first state to pass a food labeling GMO law. We take pride knowing what goes into our bodies.

Montpelier is the only state capital in the country that doesn't have a McDonalds, and we plan to keep it that way.

Say what you want about Vermont, but if you have ever enjoyed a perfectly brewed cup of coffee from a Green Mountain Coffee K-Cup... You're welcome.
