Over 400 Luminaries Are Lit During Woodstock Wassail Weekend In Vermont Every Year

When you drive down any street in Vermont, it’s not uncommon to see colorful lights on display during the holidays. However, luminaries are pretty rare and not many towns still light them. However, in the town of Woodstock, lighting hundreds of luminaries is just one of the traditions during their unique Wassail Weekend.

We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate

Have you attended Wassail Weekend before? If so, what was your favorite part about the weekend? We’d love to hear in the comments!
