Welcome to The Mad Taco! There are three locations to choose from: Waitsfield, Montpelier, and Essex. Each is quaint and cozy.
These taco shops aren't very big in size, but they're large enough to accommodate you and your taco-loving friends. These tacos are pretty messy, so you'll find an entire roll of paper towels on every table to help you mop the taco sauce off your face.
The slow-smoked carnitas is the house special, and they will make your taste buds tingle with delight. But you also can't go wrong with the smoked pork belly, achiote chicken, smoked pork, al pastor, pork chorizo, or chile Colorado. Veggie lovers will want to try the roasted yams for a truly unique taco experience.
