These are much more than friendly farmers selling fresh produce, they're a place to see friends and neighbors to catch up and enjoy one of the many offerings at various booths. From smoothies to pizza to handmade scarfs to live music, each week you'll find something new.

The clean air brings clear nights, and stargazing in Vermont is spectacular.

The soothing sights and sounds of a gushing waterfall is so relaxing, and lucky for us, Vermont is full of them.

It's not hard to find a place to be alone with your thoughts and enjoy the silence.

The back roads of Vermont take you to places you never knew existed. Getting lost has never been more fun!

We don't need to add things to make our scenery interesting. We appreciate the simple and natural beauty that surrounds us.

With over 50 state parks in our small state, we can always go and hike, bike, camp or swim close by.

We admire on it, ski on it, play in it, and eat maple syrup off of it. Vermonters love their snow.

From owls to crickets, the countryside sounds of the night are magical.

You'll find plenty of green bags and smiles on Vermont's annual Green Up Day which is the first Saturday every May. Friends, neighbors, co-workers, students and more all gather together and clean up any litter, keeping our Green Mountain State GREEN!

Deer, moose and feathered friends are abound.

There is a reason why people travel from all over the world to see the foliage in Vermont. There is simply no better place to be in autumn.

Since Vermont is so small, it doesn't take long to get somewhere totally different. Need a break from the city? No problem! Hop in your car and in a matter of minutes you could be surrounded by nature.

Once you've had the real thing, there's no going back. It simply makes life a little sweeter.
