Elmore may be best known for its beautiful lake, so why not take it in from a different angle? Within the Lake Elmore State Park is a 4.3 mile loop trail that has a little bit of everything. You’ll find flat stretches as well as uphill scrambles, along with surprising things like a balancing rock. The crown jewel on this hike is the fire tower with fantastic views that make you feel like you’re on top of the world… Or at least the top of Vermont! The fire tower views here will make it seem like you can see the entire state of VT and beyond!
