Crows Bakery & Opera House Cafe opened in 1998 and has occupied its spot in the historic opera house since 2003. You'll find it at 73 Depot St., Proctorsville, VT 05153.
Every pie here is lovingly made by hand, the old-fashioned way. Only the finest ingredients, including King Arthur Flour, are used in these pies and the owners always source local ingredients whenever possible.
Visit Crows Bakery & Opera House Cafe Tuesday through Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; it’s closed on Monday.
