Jay Peak's Aerial Tram comes in at number one on our list. With stunning views of the northern Green Mountains, Jay Peak is located between the two northern Vermont towns of Jay and Montgomery. The resort is located at 830 Jay Peak Rd, Jay, VT 05859, and their lifts are open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

The Stowe Mountain Resort offers breathtaking views of Mt. Mansfield and Spruce Peak. In the enclosed Gondola, you can experience the mountain around you without the wind and cold weather if you visit during winter. Operating hours for the gondola are from 10 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. every day.

Nicknamed "The Beast of the East," Killington Ski Resort has the largest vertical drop in Vermont at more than 3,000 feet.
