Another breathtakingly beautiful winter hike in Vermont, the Stowe Pinnacle Trail features gorgeous summit views that won't require a full day's hike. At three-and-a-half miles, the trail is very approachable, but make sure to bring your spikes when it's icy.

The short out-and-back Thundering Brook Falls Trail takes you to a 125-foot cascading falls! The walk is beautiful in winter and the falls is most enchanting with snow and icy surroundings.
