You’ll Never Forget A Visit To Drake Family Farms, A One-Of-A-Kind Farm Filled With Baby Goats In Utah
Goat cheese and goat milk are pretty popular these days. Goats’ milk is actually one of the earliest known superfoods, and goat cheese is just plain delicious. And since you can’t have goat products without adorable goats, we highly recommend getting them straight from the source when you can. Drake Family Farms has a farm store and it’s fantastic.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate

Six generations of the Drake Family have farmed here since. Today, it's a designated historic Utah Century Farm.

The property is still managed by the Drake family, with Richard Drake as the herd manager.

These days, the products are sold at several Farmers Markets, neighborhood grocery stores, and even Salt Lake City Whole Foods locations.

After all, this means you're much more likely to get some glimpses of the baby goats.

Their goat milk soap will give you some seriously soft skin, and it makes a great gift.

The goats on the farm are truly part of the family. They even have their own names.

Having a goat is almost like having a dog in some ways (a dog that will eat anything).

The store is self-serve, and most people choose to order their products online and pay that way. Walk-ins are welcome to pay with cash or checks.
