This Is Utah's Most Charming House And You Might Recognize It
Does this house look familiar? If you’ve ever seen the Disney Pixar move “Up,” you’ll recognize this cheerful, brightly-colored little house immediately. Utah builder Blair Bangerter built the home in the summer of 2011, and sold it to Clinton and Lynette Hamblin later that year. The family of four lives in this replica house and keeps the magic of the Disney film alive.

During the summer and fall of 2011, around 50,000 people drove past to check it out. People still stop by to take a look.

Even tiny details, like the weathervane, are accurate.

The Hamblins paid around $400,000 for the 2,800 square-foot home, and moved in in January, 2012.

The Hamblins offer photo shoots of their home (either inside or outside) for a small fee. There's no charge if you're looking for a quick selfie in front of this home, but if you're bringing a photographer, props or will be there for more than a few minutes, the family asks that you set up a photo shoot.
