Asylum 49 is located inside the Old Tooele Hospital, which was built in 1953. It doesn't look very scary during the daytime, but at night it's definitely creepy.

A nurse in white is often seen roaming the halls. When the nursing home still occupied some of the hospital, patients would be surprised to see their nurse checking on them, because "the nice nurse in white was just here." The nurses typically wore colorful scrubs, so there was no nurse in white present.

A very scary male apparition is seen here, as well. People who see him in the wee hours of the morning report feeling an evil presence.

A little girl is also spotted here frequently. In fact, visitors to the haunted house during Halloween report seeing her.
