The scenery along both natural lazy rivers in UT is absolutely gorgeous, too.
It's recommended that participants on the Provo River be at least 12 years old. You'll encounter some Class I and II rapids with High Country Adventure, and should be able to swim and be in decent physical condition.

For the Weber River trip, participants must be at least 14 years old. This wild ride has Class I, II, and III rapids, so you'll definitely want to make sure that you're up for a challenge.
