When heading into Utah’s mountains, you never know what remarkable natural features you’ll come across. The Mill B South Trail, located in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Utah, is one trail that takes you away. With a gorgeous forest, small waterfalls, and even a paved pathway, this trail is truly enchanting.
If you are looking for an easy, leisurely stroll in Utah’s mountains, the Mill B South Trail is hard to beat. You’ll find this trail in Big Cottonwood Canyon.
The trailhead and parking lot for this hike are found in the well-known S-Bend on Big Cottonwood Canyon Road. Since many trailheads are found in this area, we suggest arriving early in the day to find parking.
The beginning of this trail is also the path for Lake Blanche. However, about 0.2 miles into your journey, the trail splits. Make sure to follow the Mill B South Trail as the hike to Lake Blanche is hard, steep, and much longer.
Make sure to bring the entire family along on this fairy tale hike in Utah as there is plenty to see and do and the paved path makes it easy for even the smallest feet.
