Condie's is open sporadically during the year. It's closed during January, 2021, but will open again in February.
This little family-owned company got its start in 1924, when George Charles Phillipps opened his shop selling European caramels. The business has been handed down over the generations and is still in the family.
The hand-dipped chocolates are absolutely divine. Each kind is made with the finest ingredients. When you roast your own nuts and only use real butter, heavy cream, and the best chocolate, you get little gems of deliciousness.
If you love pecans and caramel, you have to try Condie's famous fresh caramel rolls. These aren't anything like the pre-packed ones you get at the grocery store - the caramel is rich and buttery, the nougat is creamy, and the whole pecans are fresh.
Valentine's Day is a special occasion at this little shop, and they pull out all the stops. Make sure to stop by in February to select some gifts for your loved ones.
These beautiful boxes are full of one pound of chocolates in your choice of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or a mix of both.
Keep an eye on Condie's Candies' Facebook page so you'll be first in line when they reopen their doors in February!
