The One Spot In Utah That’s Basically Heaven On Earth
So much of Utah’s scenery can leave you breathless. From the hoodoo views of Bryce Canyon National Park to the barren, vast Bonneville Salt Flats, you’d have to be pretty jaded not to see beauty around every corner of the Beehive State. Here’s one spot that sure seems like heaven on Earth. The view from Catherine Pass give you a look at two of the three Brighton lakes, with their azure waters set like little gems into the pine-covered mountains. This might be one of our most heavenly places.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life as we all practice social and physical distancing. While we’re continuing to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, we don’t expect or encourage you to go check them out immediately. We believe that supporting local attractions is important now more than ever and we hope our articles inspire your future adventures! And on that note, please nominate your favorite local business that could use some love right now: https://www.onlyinyourstate.com/nominate/
To reach Utah’s heavenly Brighton Lakes, drive up Big Cottonwood Canyon to the Brighton Resort parking lot. The trailhead starts at the base of the resort, near the Brighton Resort Lodge.
