Zion National Park is our most popular park, and for good reason – it’s simply stunning. You’ll find dozens of gorgeous hiking trails that showcase the park, but there’s one that has a particularly jaw-dropping view, and a slightly scary boardwalk. Check out the Canyon Overlook Trail:
You'll find the Canyon Overlook Trail just east of the Zion Mt. Carmel Tunnel. The tunnel is a feat of engineering that was completed in 1930 at a cost of $1,896,000.
The trail is just one mile long, and has only a small elevation change of around 150 feet. It hugs the side of the cliff and in places is a little bit scary if you're afraid of heights.
