This Is Hands Down The Best Place To See A Utah Sunrise
The true sign of a dedicated photographer is one who will wake up an hour before sunrise, just to get that perfect shot. But of course you don’t have to be a photographer to love a fantastic sunrise view… you just need a good alarm clock and some motivation. You’ll certainly find beautiful sunrises all over the Beehive State, but Bryce Canyon National Park has a sunrise view that’s unparalleled.
Bryce Canyon National Park is incredibly photogenic any time of day... but at sunrise the hoodoos light up with vibrant color. It's a view you'll only get at this place, and you'll want to experiment over several days to find your favorite sunrise viewpoint.
Make sure you arrive well before sunrise. While the shots of the sun hitting the hoodoos are amazing, the earliest shots where the sun is just peeking over the horizon are also breathtaking.
Sunrise Point is a natural choice based on its name, but it's not always a favorite with sunrise photographers. While the views are stunning, many prefer one of the other viewpoints.
While you'll find countless other spots around the Beehive State that are magical at sunrise, one of the best things about Bryce is that you have so many viewpoints from which to choose.
