With summer in full swing, now’s the perfect time to make moves on your adventure bucket list. Today, we’ll highlight one of the most spectacular hike in the U.S. for mountain views. The Highline Trail at Glacier National Park promises an adventure full of stunning views and endless vistas.
Let’s take a look, shall we?
Glacier National Park is filled with stunning trails that meander through the high-country landscape, and the Highline Trail is no exception.
Despite the high altitudes reached by this trek, the trail itself remains relatively flat as it follows the Continental Divide and offers hikers plenty of opportunities to admire the endless mountain views.
The trail typically does not open until July, which is the perfect time to admire the wildflowers along the way. Photographed here are unique blooms known as Bear Grass.
The hike clocks in around 7.6 miles from Logan Pass to Granite Park Chalet. Be sure to bring plenty of reinforcements such as water, snacks, and sun protection.
