Both a coffee roasters and restaurant, you can get amazingly crafted coffee beverages and one of the best meals in Fairbanks. With a wide array of menu items, and award-winning coffee blends, this is the place to go if you're up north.
The beans are almost always organic, and if they're not, it's because they are beans grown in the wild. The owner and Alaska Master Roaster, Michael Gesser, spent ten years in Kenya and has visited every coffee-producing country on the planet. He has a passion for great coffee, and it shows!

This coffee was given a score of 94 points from Kenneth Davids, a reviewer of coffee from the San Fransisco Bay Area. They also recently featured the Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee. This coffee is so rare and coveted it retails at $75.00 a pound!

They select coffee from different regions around the world and prepare each one for you to taste. You will have the opportunity to try them side by side to experience their similarities and differences.

You can order a basic pizza with only a couple of quality ingredients, like the Quattro Formaggio, or go wild and order something off of their specialty or signature menus. Drop in Monday through Friday any time between 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Or if you want to head over on the weekend you can find them open from 8:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m. You can also visit one of their coffee shops all the way in Miami!
