As of 2013, the population here was only 733.

Darby is a paradise for anyone who loves fishing.
Brook Trout, Mountain Whitefish, Rainbow Trout, and Westslope Cutthroat Trout are the most common fish found in the area.

The town itself is quite small, but everything is kept in good condition.
