Disney’s New Upcoming Festival Is Every Pixar Fan’s Dream Come True
If there’s any place in America where you’re always guaranteed to have an unforgettable time, it’s Disneyland. Disney Parks Chairman Bob Chapek recently announced that Disneyland will be the host of 2018’s Pixar Fest, giving visitors one more reason to plan a trip here this year. Coming to life on April 13th, 2018, Disneyland's Pixar Fest will make you feel like a kid again. The exclusive celebration has been highly anticipated since it was originally announced at the D23 Expo back in July. The festival's theme will be "Friendship," using the wonderful Pixar characters to showcase and celebrate everlasting friendships.
All around the park you'll be surrounded by all-things Pixar, from themed food to exciting new decor and entertainment. Favorite features like the Paint The Night Parade will be returning on April 13th as well, featuring favorite Pixar characters from Cars, Monsters Inc. and Toy Story!

Along with many other new features, Pixar Fest will also debut a new fireworks display that is set to blow everyone's minds. Guests exploring around the park during the festival will also be able to see projections cast over favorite locations like Sleepy Beauty Castle and along the buildings of Main Street, USA. Another thing you won't want to miss out on seeing? During the Pixar Nighttime Spectacular guests will be able to see Buzz Lightyear fly over Sleeping Beauty Castle!
