Travelers Can Expect Plenty Of Free Perks At This New East Coast Airport Lounge

The newly expanded and remodeled British Airways First Lounge in Terminal 7 of New York City’s John F. Kennedy International Airport is luring travelers with its amazing array of perks.

The carrier spent about $65 million to revamp Terminal 7 and decked out its new, larger lounge with plenty of creature comforts. Travelers will be able to enjoy a gourmet gin and tonic cart, chic workspaces, comfy seating areas, and a self-serve and tended bar area.

Even better, lounge users will be able to snag free wine in the form of one-ounce tasting pours dispensed from a glass-fronted Enomatic wine preservation unit, which keeps its contents at the perfect tasting temperature.

We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life as we all practice social and physical distancing. While we’re continuing to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, we don’t expect or encourage you to go check them out immediately. We believe that supporting local attractions is important now more than ever and we hope our articles inspire your future adventures! And on that note, please nominate your favorite local business that could use some love right now:

As if that wasn’t enough, lounge passengers will also have access to the Elemis Travel Spa. This spa offers a selection of 15-minute treatments that are perfect for unwinding and recharging between flights.

We’re all for making layovers a little easier, so this gorgeous new lounge sounds like the perfect addition to J.F.K. airport.
