New York City Is Now Home To A Permanent Museum of Ice Cream

Regardless of your age, there’s something about ice cream that inspires a sense of childlike glee. After all, it’s hard not to love this delectable and chilly treat, with its vibrant colors and mouthwatering flavors. Most of us have fond memories of enjoying a few scoops with loved ones, but there’s one new museum in New York City where you can take your love for all things ice cream to an entirely new level. That’s right: after the success of several temporary pop-ups throughout the United States, the Museum of Ice Cream has officially opened a permanent location in the Big Apple. When you’re ready for an unforgettable family outing, round up a few loved ones and head out for the sweetest museum-going experience imaginable.

We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life as we all practice social and physical distancing. While we’re continuing to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, we don’t expect or encourage you to go check them out immediately. We believe that supporting local attractions is important now more than ever and we hope our articles inspire your future adventures! And on that note, please nominate your favorite local business that could use some love right now:

Tickets to the Museum of Ice Cream cost $39 per person, while children ages 2 and under can enter for free. To learn more or purchase tickets for an upcoming date, click here.
