This Mouthwatering Food Hall In Las Vegas Will Have You Booking The Next Flight
When it comes to discussing America’s best foodie cities, most of the time you don’t hear people bringing up Las Vegas – but that’s all about to change! Opening up officially on August 31st, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will be unveiling its newest attraction – the new Block 16 food hall. This is perfect excuse to plan a trip to the City of Sin! Find out what’s going to make this food hall so mouthwatering.
In an effort to keep up with the younger demographic that’s more increasingly visiting Las Vegas, Vice President of the hotel’s Strategy and Business Development, Patrick Nichols set out on a search for the world’s best food service. Traveling all around the country, Nichols eventually found exactly what he was looking for and narrowed his choices down to six restaurants that will occupy the Block 16 food hall.
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will feature Nashville’s famous Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, New York’s Ghost Donkey tequila den, New Orlean’s District Donuts, Portland’s beloved Pok Pok Wing and Lardo, and a project from local restaurateur Takashi Segwa called Tekka Bar. While you can expect to see familiar menu items from these restaurants, Block 16 has announced that it will be debuting exclusive items that you won’t be able to find at the restaurants’ original outposts.
