Going through airport security can seem like a hassle, especially if you are racing to get to your flight on time.
The process of taking off shoes, socks, belts, and emptying your pockets is a hurried process that always seems to take longer than you planned. You might, however, want to think twice about just how rushed you are to collect your belongings. Plenty of things get left behind, including loose change. TSA kept track of just how much was left behind in security bins in 2018 and the total will astound you.
