This New Hotel Chain Is Starting A Social Network For Solo Travelers

Solo traveling has plenty of perks. You get to craft your ideal vacation, doing what you want, when you want. However, it can also be a lonely venture.

That’s why new hotel brand Life House is rolling out a new mobile app that allows solo guests to connect with each other. This isn’t a dating app – it’s a way for people traveling without company to hang out at local attractions together and make new friends.

We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here:

The new in-hotel social network will be a handy tool for lonely solo travelers looking to buddy up for an adventure. It will also be a free service.

Life House is a Silicon Valley-backed hotel that will be debuting its first property in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood this December, with plans to expand to South Beach just four months later. The brand hopes to arrive in 20 different U.S. locations by the end of 2019.
