California’s Newest Hello Kitty Cafe Is A Total Must-See
Unlike anything else you’ll ever find in America, the country’s very first permanent Hello Kitty Cafe has officially arrived on the West Coast. Right in the city of Irvine, California, just an hour outside of Los Angeles, the Hello Kitty Grand Cafe opened up this week in the Irvine Spectrum Center and we couldn’t be more excited to check it out.

A pink palace that’s decorated in everything Hello Kitty, California’s newest cafe is the ultimate paradise for anyone who’s a fan of Sanrio’s favorite fictional feline. You’ll discover that the cafe is filled with mini-cakes, Hello Kitty cookies, mini hot donuts, and other delightful sweets and treats.

But unbeknownst to many, the Hello Kitty Grand Cafe is a two-in-one attraction! Not only just a public cafe, the new location also has a private tea room named the Bow Room that can only be visited via a reservation. At the Bow Room, you can make a reservation for afternoon tea that includes snacks, sandwiches, macarons, cakes, and more for $55 dollars. The Bow Room also offers reservations for evening drinks, where anyone who’s 21 years or older can enjoy Hello Kitty themed drinks that even feature Hello Kitty-shaped ice cubes!
