Enchanting Changes Are Coming To Harry Potter Land This Year And You’ll Definitely Want To Visit

Magical changes are coming to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter this year.

Universal has confirmed that a spectacular Hogwarts castle projection show is in the works for 2018. Guests visiting for the 2017 holiday season were treated to an enchanting Christmas show featuring caroling ghosts and a mesmerizing shower of bright lights. Though the park hasn’t released details regarding the new projection show, rumors are already circulating that it might be a part of a special Halloween festival event.

Universal Studios Japan debuted a Halloween Harry Potter event this past year that featured dementors flying through the air, special decorations and trick-or-treating for magical candy throughout the park. Could a similar event be in the works for the Florida park?

We do have one awesome confirmed change: a new ride will be opening in Hogsmeade village to replace the Dragon Challenge rollercoaster. While details haven’t been released, its easy to imagine the ride will be every bit as magical as the rest of the park.
