Attendants On American Airlines Flights Can Now Award Passengers Frequent Flyer Miles
A new year often means new changes. American Airlines has announced that they will be changing how they handle awarding frequent flyer miles. This new policy makes things easier for travelers. Keep reading to find out how disgruntled passengers can expect to be compensated in the near future.

America's largest airline company, American Airlines, revealed that it would be changing a long-standing policy that only allowed passengers to be compensated with miles by gate agents and certain reservation agents.

In the past, if you had a complaint, you'd have to speak to a gate agent and file it. American Airlines flight attendants will now be able to award frequent flyer miles through tables that are right on the plane, helping you avoid a hassle. And the good news? If you don't happen to have a frequent flyer account you can opt to give the attendant your email address in order to be compensated differently!
Are you glad to hear about this change in American Airlines’ policy? Hopefully this will make resolving future issues a much easier and painless ordeal!
