New Hi-Tech Body Scanners Will Be Coming To US Airports
Nobody likes going through security at the airport. The long lines, complicated baggage requirements, and cramped quarters can add plenty of stress to your travel experience.
Now, new body scanners may be coming to U.S. airports that could speed up the security process enormously.
The scanners are being trialed at Denver International Airport and can screen passengers in less than a second. People will also no longer need to raise their hands over their heads.
What about the chaos caused by taking off your jacket and shoes? The T.S.A. is reportedly working on a solution that might allow passengers to keep their stuff on, which would greatly alleviate congestion at security checkpoints.
Trials of the new technology are ongoing, but hopefully catching flights will soon be a less stressful experience.
